BEFORE STARTING

  Notify Customer “On Our Way”

 Upon arrival introduce yourself and use their name to

make sure you’re at the right address.

  Tell the customer what services you are

there to perform.

  Give a brief description of the services.

  Ask if they have any questions before

starting the services.

 

EXTERIOR PROTOCOL

   Use Webster.

   Dust Entry Points.

   Apply Liquid Residuals to foundation, windows, doors & eves.

   Treat and Remove all Wasp nest.

(Only Remove those within reach).

   Apply Insect bait to harborage area

(flower beds, tree wells, storage bldg.).

   Broadcast Fire Ant bait to yard.

   Treat any Fire Ant Mounds.

   Look for conducive conditions.

   Wrap up with GGQ & mention Survey cards.

   Use Lead Now when the opportunity arises.

   Place “Services Performed” door hanger on door.

 

INTERIOR PROTOCOL

   Tools needed (flashlight, inspection mirror,

monitors, hand dusters, aerosol flush, aerosol

residual, roach bait, ant bait, screw driver, shoe

   Before entering put on shoe covers.

   Address customers pest issues first.

   Inspect/treat all plumbing penetrations.

   Inspect/Treat all accessible windows & entry ways.

   Inspect/Treat pantry.

   Kitchen & baths Inspect/Treat cabinets, kick plates

(Drawers should be removed if possible for the inspection.

Always ask permissions before pulling out drawers).

 

UPON COMPLETION

   Briefly recap the services completed and mention any

Pest findings and conducive conditions.

   Ask if they have any questions.

   If the services have not been paid yet ask for the money.

   Remind them what your names is and thank them for

using us.

   Follow up with a text message explaining the service and tell

  them to please take the time to fill out the customer survey.
